Took the new T2 out for a spin today. New paint job is much more vibrant from across the hall. Felt almost the same, the new one was the teensy-est bit quicker. Then I double checked the specs and it was .1g lighter. Maybe it's all in my head. Overall performance is just as amazing as ever. I like how the new paint job is improved on the sides of the frame where the strings pass, but I preferred the more understated shade of red. But my opinion doesn't matter much, Sir Dan is the one who should like it.

Update: improper stringing and/or incorrect string pattern voids warranty.

We've had a significant number of warranty claims in the past few months. We have honored every claim even though we did not physically receive the racket back for inspection. Panda believes most of these damaged rackets are due to improper stringing and/or an improper string pattern as shown in the attached image below.

Panda has throughly tested the rackets at their limits and has had some of the strongest, hardest hitters and extreme racket breakers torture test the rackets. In fact, to date, strung at 30-35lbs ECP, from all the testers, not one Panda Power racket has broken from a mishit or at the shaft. The only damage were two U2s broken at the handle by Panda.

Because of this, we need to update the warranty claim. If there is a claim:

1) Need to return the racket back to the distributor where the racket was purchased.

2) Distributor will contact Panda and go from there

3) The Warranty will be automatically void if:
a) You cut and remove the string or alter the racket in any way.
b) If the string pattern is radical or not proper
c) Clashing and/or abuse of the racket is found/determined

Setelah hampir 2 bulan (meleset dari perkiraan cuma 4 minggu), akhirnya Panda Power Trinity-2 akhirnya sampai juga di rumah ....
